I teach adaptive diving to those with disabilities and I also instruct people to support as an adaptive buddy. For the adaptive diver, This core course introduces Adaptive Diving to anyone interested in learning about diving with a disability. An Adaptive Diver Candidate seeking certification is required to take this course in conjunction with reading the Adaptive Diver Manual. For the adaptive dive buddy, This course introduces Adaptive Diving to anyone interested in learning about diving with a disability. Buddy candidates must have their own copy of the Adaptive Scuba Instructor/Dive Buddy manual, either in softcover or an electronic version. Diveheart recommends that the Instructor/buddy candidate also have a copy of the Diveheart Adaptive Diver manual, either in softcover or an electronic version.
